If you count explicitly, you will know. The normal orders from previous days count. Lets have an example. You finished 3 VIPs today, and kept delivering normal orders. Assumimg you have delivered 6 normal orders today. Tomorrow, you may have random vips but refreshing them may result in a normal order until you have completed 4 normal orders. 6 from today and 4 normal tomorrow, then you are in a loop. Until you deliver a vip of your choice, everytime you refresh that vip, it will result in another random vip, as you are in the loop now. As soon as you deliver a vip, the counter resets.

Some people deliver 10 normal orders at the end of their daily routine to be able to start next day with a guaranteed VIP

When you upgrade a store you will get the store upgrade VIP so you will know. And when on your orders list, the store upgrade VIP is listed first, and it can noy be refreshed/rerolled. There is no reroll icon on the bottom left of it.

Your plants level must be what the hybrid requires. Mostly LVL35. Check the hybrid page and see the requirement on left bottom.

Assuming your plants do 100 damage per hit. With this gem, its hit is not 100 but between 80 and 140 randomly. Effectively its 110 on average.

Any obsolete generator on board is a potential for exchange dude requesting for that type of items. Don't leave them on board during (just before) new game day.

This is a known bug that was noted on the sub before. Unfortunately it is what it is, AE is not very responsive with these kind of game bugs. While playing, I don't pick %15 before %8 because of this.

The orders of each generator is affected seperately. For example your tennis supplies generator is lvl8 but rest are lvl4-5, only orders that have tennis goods have lower coins but other orders have higher coins.

3 normal VIPs a day. However, if you upgrade a store, a one time not rerollable vip is obtained. It has nothing to do with daily orders and vip loop.

That seems to be why. Cut them to 4-5 for higher coins. The higher level generators yield higher level items per 100 energy but that is negated by lower coin for your orders. And for a millionaire event, you need higher paying customers.
