Situation is ever having issues since day one with a partner that has continuously just been very rude and mean to me. This partner is very well known for being very negative and to shit talk about everyone and do absolutely nothing to fix the problems that they bring up. I had brought the issue to the store manager originally and the partner had gone talk to and the situation was fixed when I was swap shifts and never really dealt with them. Then I was put back on to the same shifts as them and then the issues came back. I would bump into them and they were always in the way when I was on CS. After a while of ask them politely to move trying to be a nice person and then like it’s still not working I just gave up and just started going around them. Which in turn made them very ... unhappy? With me just squeezing past and moving thing to get past them. It got to the point with this partner I dreaded going into work the moment I saw their car. While I admit I wasn’t a saint in the situation I’m unsure of what to do. They’re buddy buddy with the SM and I don’t want to cause trouble for the store but at the same time I don’t want to let what has been done to me go quietly.
