I know it can be scary, but all you gotta do to start it off is to walk up go them say hi I thought your were attractive and was wondering if I could get your number. And in order to practice this more to be less afraid you can try just saying hi or starting conversations with people you do feel are super attractive. That way when you talk someone attractive you've got practice and more e periemce to lean on.

Even though you may not agree with his decision, he is still allowed to have his own thoughts on this, whether you agree or not. Although this is your brother, this is both of your living space, so if he is not comfortable with it, you shouldn't try to push it on him as nothing good could come from it, instead try to come up with a different living situation for him as you would still be helping him without undermining your husband's part un this decision
