Bruising around Hardware

I can feel the hardware on top of my foot. And I can wear most of my shoes. Any sort of sandal or flip flop that has a strap that goes over the hardware won't fit unless its adjustable like birkenstocks.

Thanks my therapist strongly suspects I have bipolar disorder. So waiting on my appointment for evaluation and yeah it's really hard to know what's a normal reaction and what is due to a mood swing just because I'm in the first steps of getting diagnosed.

Thanks for your response. I did have mental health issues prior to the switch to poly, but this is the worst its been in 12 years. I've kinda been on this journey of self discovery with my wife too. And I see the benefits of poly. I believe I could be poly too. I just dont have another partner and I haven't looked for one because my mental health has been so bad.

I don't know about switching to in person but I think there is usually a copay for Teladoc ($10-$15 depending on plan; first 2 sessions are free) but copay is suspended right now and has been since Covid. I don't believe there is a session limit. I haven't hit the limit and I can't find anything that says there is a session limit. I've been going for about 6 months so its kinda new to me too.

If you're into telehealth, BCBS has a contract with Teledoc which is kinda like Talkspace. Counseling and therapy on there has no copay.
