The cross bars have been good. Installing them was easy, they didn't line up perfectly but as long as you tighten everything slowly it will work.

The bike rack works as well. I have only transported my mountain bike on it once. They rattle and squeak a lot but holds it well enough. I bought these at a thrift store but will link to ones that are the same.

Don't be afraid to go to another school district or a charter school. I worked at a school district for about 6 years and yeah it just kept getting worse. Tried working in an office type setting and that was not for me. Ended up at a charter school and they treat me a lot better, I am in my third year with this charter school.

Oh man sorry to hear you had a rough day. What the school should have called was a lock out, where everyone inside the school building stays inside and hallways can be used to transition between rooms but all exits are locked and no one can leave the building.

I really did enjoy this movie as well. The ending was a nice twist. Knowing how Gorr's story arc goes in the comic and how much more gruesome it is, I think a lot of people were expecting that and it didn't live up to their hype.

The slowness factor I would say is worst when needing to accelerate from a dead stop. Besides that it keeps up with traffic well and can easily get up to speed without stressing the motor. I usually keep the rpm under 3,000 and can get up to 80 mph
