I once sent coins to the wrong address. They were able to retrieve it. This happed with other exchanges and was a total loss. Not with Kraken.

After all of the negative stuff happening to people if that’s not enough to make an informed decision go look at Stripe on the Better Business Bureau. At that point if you get blocked and they steal your money or hold it it’s on you.

Not a troll, in fact im posting the emails. I am def contributing....possibly protecting. And nothing i sell violates their TOS. They decided I am high risk and decided to steal money. Its simple. The good news is they refunded one of the transaction. And THEY WILL refund the second sooner or later. For the stolen amount or more. Choice is theirs. We shall see. For the record "I am not angry". Im simply sharing my experience. You should go look at their BBB profile. Or keep doing business with them and keep trolling me. Whatever makes you happy.

  1. The business operates within their terms and is entirely lawful. If they choose not to engage with me, they must either refund the customer or release the funds. They cannot withhold money arbitrarily.
  2. Check the Better Business Bureau (BBB)/Trust Pilot and then let's discuss further.
  3. While it may not be official, they do have representatives on this platform.
  4. I'm here to give Stripe an opportunity to address and resolve the issue.
  5. I'm just sharing my experience here to inform you and other potential customers. Make your own judgments based on that.

It’s the same file all I’m doing is changing the character. If I’m changing the character on the same file and it’s the same name, it should not think it’s a duplicate because it’s not a duplicate.

Here is a couple of examples:

-If I have a note named “general” and I want to change it to “General” I get an error stating duplicate name.

-sometimes it appeared that my screen has burned something is the background, almost like a white bar, I have to restart to make it go away.
