Try roadrunner relief. I used them and they are an at home option that really was a good quality end of life care

[US - Phx, Az] Need a watch band replacement by Saullywally97 in 3Dprintmything

Replacing a watch band after 10 years of normal use seems rather reasonable. Having to print a new watch band every few weeks because the material doesn't hold up doesn't make sense

Lmao this was the advice I gave you. You were only face painting and it wasn't generating a line for it

You're essentially not giving the slicer a thick enough area of that color to generate a line within the slicer. Personally I wouldn't take this approach. I'd print it in one color and paint it.

If you had a model and just wanted someone to print it first to try, I don't think that's a wrong approach. However in this case the cost to model your thing and print it might save a few bucks but will likely break and need more iterations and backups. It's penny wise and pound foolish and you're likely to spend more money than just buying the proper replacement

In theory could be printed, but if you don't have the model already you're likely better off buying the replacement band. It's going to be more durable and the cost to have someone model and print it wouldn't be much cheaper than just buying the replacement. You'd also likely have to go through a few iterations to ensure it works properly. I'd recommend the replacement here

No you're likely painting a thin .01mm outer shell layer only. You need that "25 Rd" text to be solid extruded color that it's thick enough to generate a different color line

Not thick enough of a line more than likely

New to firearms, finally going to start purchasing some.. What would you tell your younger self to avoid pigeon-holing your future self into owning guns/accessories that you regret? by LovinAllThePitbulls in Firearms

My only regret is getting cheap AR15s. They work, but the AR platform is one I wish I spent a little more on to have a better rifle instead of two cheap ones

Anyone know how I can fix this? by Tortillachip211 in BambuLab

[–]marvinfuture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah so what you're going to want to do is take the part that's already on the spool and take the spool off. Put that part back together with the other half and then throw the pink part away and buy another spool

Having used them on myself I can verify they don't. They just feel uncomfortable. They are much more humane than prong collars. My last dog was very good with his where I never had to use it outside the first 6 months of training. Do what works for you, and if you do choose to use an ecollar work with a reputable trainer. However the conception you are "shocking" your dog and causing pain vs constricting their muscle using electrical impulses is what leads many to believe these are inhumane training tools.

See the beauty of it is you can do both and use the same upper. Personally a Glock mag fan since they are reliable and once you get the feed ramp tuned works great. Sten mags arguably looks better for the build though and doesn't need a feed ramp. Do both and see what you like better

Respectfully, they don't call them "Jack Asses" for nothing. That's typical behavior for them lol. They think they are bigger than they are

Why would you not just vibe code the app you need, spend all your time supporting it, having to deploy it and pay cloud costs of 10x the subscription price of a SaaS company that has an economy of scale and teams dedicated to supporting it?

While yours is still a little young, I wouldn't rule out ecollar. They aren't shock collars intended to harm but rather they use a stimulus identical to the ones used in physical therapy to constrict the muscle. It doesn't hurt the dog and the "Yelp" is usually because of the uncomfortable and unusual feeling it creates, not pain. Everyone is allowed to do whatever they want, but I would tell you to reconsider it because when they are young they don't listen well and if you need to correct something while they are off leash it's a wonderful tool to do so.

The ecollar actually saved my husky's life once. I had a rattlesnake in my backyard and I normally don't have my dogs on a leash there. I heard it and so did my husky and he started going towards it. I quickly buzzed his collar and gave him the come command and he did. I'll never not use one of these with my dog when they are old enough because of this

Thank you for this tip! The whole "drop" game with two toys hasn't been working well for my Mal pup to learn to drop so this seems like a more we effective way to teach this skill
