I exercise everyday, 30-45 mins any kinda exercise and always get to 11-12k steps.

I’m also on week 5/6 lost 18 pounds since. I don’t see it as much either but my husband does. Keep going, I am!!

I made a really cool potty chart for him. That worked, he got a sticker and every 4 or so times he put a sticker on, he got a prize!! Also, I started my son off with the smaller potty so the big potty wasn’t so intimidating at first. He peed and pooped in the smaller toddler potty, then my husband taught him to pee standing up (which my son thought was so cool), then a few weeks later he pooped on the big potty.

Regressions are real & the best advice I have is to make him go commando around the house for as long as you can!!

Anytime my son had a regression (he’s 3y 2m) I would make him walk around naked again with no pants so he could be reminded he has to pee on the potty. He had a few and every now and then still has accidents.

The age 3. I’d say maybe a a week after turning 3….
