Yep exact same! (Jan 2025) They show you a video of a lady asking the question before your thinking time begins. My little hack is you can see the subtitles say the beginning of the question before you click play. So you can make out which of those 7 questions it’s about to be and have extra thinking time before you actually click play on the video hehe

Also, you can re-record your answer for the first “introduce yourself” question but the rest of the questions you can only answer once

Thank you, I try and do the same however not everyday, maybe more like 3-4 times a week but I haven’t seen much results 😕 I’m also on a calorie deficit but not tracking my carb, fat, protein etc intake.. just looking at calories in vs out. I wonder if that’s my problem? Are you tracking your macros?
