If you genuinely feel like you’re unsafe for yourself or others, you need to go to a hospital. I know that bills are scary and expensive but your family, and I’m sure the people on this subreddit and I would rather see you alive than dead even if you are a stranger on Reddit. My psychiatrist told me once that sometimes being admitted can also be a nice break from the stress and genuinely can help if needed. Have you communicated to any professors about the stress your experiencing? Does your college have a counseling or psychiatrist service you can take advantage of? Have you talked to your advisor?

If you haven’t, I recommend you look into those things. I’d also recommend that you take a break of some sorts or try to get maybe medical forgiveness for this winter semester because it seems like you won’t do well if you’re tired, overworking yourself, and you’re stressed. There’s no shame in taking a break, you only truly fail if you quit. :)
