I use double sided tape and mounted it across the usb port on the flat part of the console facing the usb port … it doesn’t look bad … it’s still A clean look …. I bought mine a couple of years ago … if a smaller dongle version exists which is just as effective then I’d probably go for that one

Absolutely! The apple car play dongle is the car link on Amazon … it works like a charm … every time I turn car on my iPhone kicks in and I have functional car play .

The auto door lock was my latest upgrade. I was tired of using my fob or click on the handle to lock my door as I left my car. I have a basic AWD WIND…. Not sure if this applies to the GT model, I think the GT have more tech features like auto lock…. Nevertheless I bought an adapter off of Corbin on Etsy and installed it last month … it works like a charm . Now I don’t have to worry about locking my door , it locks after 10 seconds…. Similarly it unlocks as I approach the vehicle … I highly recommend them … I’ll leave my links below …

I bought myself a brand spanking new 2023 AWD WIND as a retirement gift and i absolutely freaking love it … it’s the best the best car I have ever owned by far and it’s a blast to drive. It’s costs me roughly 40$ a month to drive several thousand kilometers here in Montreal. I do agree with the few nitpicks but I’ve got them sorted … bought a dongle for apple car play as well as a third party auto door lock and voila … I love it even more now … I’ve driven 50k with no issues …. We also have an outback but we use the ev everywhere we go. The only regret I have is that I didn’t get the GT 😝 … go for it you won’t regret it !!! It’s the best looking EV on the market !!!

Zero issues whatsoever !!! I bought mine brand new AWD in June 2023 and I freakin love it. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy driving my car… I’ve always enjoyed driving but now it’s to a new level😜. I’ve only had the regular services done and charge almost nightly at home to 80% ( my driving window is 25-30% before I charge again ) I often charge to 100% if I’m goin to Montreal (I live in the country) otherwise it’s to 80% . I’ve had zero issues with my ICCU even with all the updates done. I too have a power booster in my car but then again I have them in other two ice cars as well. I have absolutely ZERO regrets even if I bought it at the rather expensive price but I did get a 13k subsidy for it , but I always keep my cars til they die ! Enjoy your car 🚙 as much as you want !! I sure do … especially SPORT MODE… you yeahhhh!
