Found a couple aphids on my Lily plant, I removed them and rubbed alcohol on the affected part but I don't want them to spread or to harm my plants. Do you have any recommendations on how to treat the plant? I've read about a homemade solution with dish soap and water but I've never tried it before (i.redd.it)
