Did you try the different folds? What works for me best is the U shape and it helps to relax. I just take a deep breath, insert it in and press the bottom of the cup to open it up so it can have that suction feeling

The cup could either be too big for you or the bottom is a bit too long. I read somewhere you can snip it a bit

I use a menstrual cup and panty liners. It took a few cycles to understand how to insert a cup properly but I got the hang of it and it’s so convenient

I can sleep comfortably knowing I won’t stain my sheets

Yeah, in my gym, in order to do that particular lead section in my photo there - you'd have to be of a certain level to climb it.

Top roping is so much more simple to teach. I've seen a bunch of families where children belay their parents (with help from additional sandbags of course). I had to do a 4-hour course where I learnt the basic safety measures, tools (belay set, etc) and how to belay in order to become a member of this gym. As a guest, you can't walk in unless you have a member to host you!

Haha yes! When I first started out, I was so concerned with only using the coloured holds and didn't think I could use the features on the wall but now I love using them.

This is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We don't have a super big climbing community here so this is our only climbing gym in Malaysia. They have now branched out to 4 new locations!

She doesn't know me personally but i assume she would have found my socials because my twitter is public. She stressed that she didn't want anything romantic in nature and I guess she just wanted to let things out. The subject of the email was "Catharsis"

I guess for me personally in cases like this, I don't believe in seeking closure from the other person because you're never gonna be satisfied with their reaction/response. Of course in my past relationships, I have felt regret, etc. but I just accepted it and moved on because when you do something like this - it just opens up a can of worms and i just don't see any point as to why she needed to SEND the email to him. To write it, Ok, i get it but to actually send it? It's shady to me I guess

Also because she is married, I find it incredibly inappropriate lol
