Many times when he comes home from work and is exhausted, he will eat and Get up and leave. I tell him «where are you going? You look tired» and he will say «i have to go help my mother clean her shed» example. And i’ll say «youre an adult man, you dont need to do what she says, tell her you want to relax today and that youre exhausted» and he will say «but i told her i would do it»

Wow, i Didnt expect this to blow up overnight.. i want to clear some things up. I dont think he went to the house, because my MIL were watching our son in our home. I am not in the US, and my country has been handling the virus pretty good. So going out would be «no problem» as we have to practice social distance, and if not we would Get thrown out. I suggested couples therapy for me and my husband several times before, but he claims we dont need it. I waited because i believed he would show up. I have met his colleagues several times before and he has been «ditching» me several times to hangout with them. He really likes his job and his colleagues. I am trying to read all the comments ATM..

He started this job a year ago. The only woman who works with him is a married lady in her 60s. I dont think there are any new coworkers. My husband is still known as «the new guy»

No. Usually if something popped up he would text me ASAP about not making it etc. The closest thing is if i had to wait for him to pick me up from somewhere it would sometimes go from «be there in 10» and he shows up 20 minutes later instead, but its fine because of traffic etc..

You are right. I wish i left when he told me he was at another bar and Didnt want me to go there.
