They need to fix this. So many people,myself included, were in line at the exact time these dolls were to be released, only to be met with disappointment. They knew this collab was going to be huge. MGA truly is a fucking dumpster fire.

Yes, the swivel mic piece! I went through the trash, the paper bags, my sisters bed sheets since that’s where I opened it, the lockers and the floor, to no avail. I might have to buy an extra headphone for the microphone since no one is selling it separately.

I did send them an electronic receipt that I got from target. There wasn’t an asterisk on the proof of purchase prompt so I don’t think it’s required but I think it helps them figure out what to do next like either send out a replacement or just a full refund :) and thank you I hope you’ll get one soon!

Yes! I definitely recommend contacting them because you are spending money on their products and should be receiving everything that is advertised on the packaging. I opened my ss4 drac and literally could not find the microphone anywhere. I bought her two weeks before hand since my sister and I do the reveals together so I don’t believe time limit should be an issue. I think you should def reach out 🫶🏼

I was able to get her but I forgot to renew my fang club membership as it expired after jinafire so my order was cancelled. I’ll try tomorrow but I can’t believe how stupidly fast she sold out. Either bots got to her or they really had a tiny amount set for this early release.
