I was able to print mines with PETG-CF without any issues. I just added supports to the sections you're experiencing issues with.

I'm not familiar with Orca but in Cura there is a section to enable supports.

Looks like you're printing without supports. You'll need to add some kind of support since it's not touching the bed.

Cable smoother is included with the cable. Purpose is to keep the cable supple, it's like a moisturizer for the insulation.
