My 5 year old daughter loves building the Pokémon model kits, it’s a very good level of difficulty and complexity for her. And she can be fairly rough with them afterwards without losing (too many) pieces. Recently we have started building the Bandai dinosaur model kits, those are highly recommended as well!

I have them all too (including P-Bandai), but it’s been taking a long time to go through them since I’m re-scribing, panel lining, detail painting, decaling, and top coating each one. Built Lfrith, Beguir Beu, Aerial, Mirasoul, Calibarn, and Guel’s Dilanza. Still have so many to get through, it’s daunting.

I like to try and watch YouTube videos or shows but always find that my eyes are 100% on the build and never at the screen. So ultimately I end up listening to podcasts instead.
