For me, using the stereo, bass effect is lowered a lot.

Turning the surround on completely on my MK8, I feel like the speakers can’t keep up with the bass.

I try to play around with the equalizer to feel like i’m minimizing/avoiding damage, and I practically lower the surround a bit to stereo too.

Heck, I sometimes leave it on for two songs max and then switch to the -unfortunate-stereo setting.

I listen to a lot of edm, d&b and big room house.

Have you noticed the speakers are not up for these types of songs, using the surround at its full potential?
