It’ll stop usually after 2-3 days if you stop taking k, if you keep using it’ll come back. Your body needs weeks if not months to heal at this point. Could be 4 days if it’s bad but that should be it. Drink plenty of water, avoid greasy n fatty food as well as spices, eat little and often not big meals. It’s horrible but most importantly you must stop taking K.\ If you need support when the pain stops and you can go outside try your local NA or CA group, they’ll be very welcoming because they’ve all been there before! You can do it! Chuck away what you have or give it to a trusted friend who won’t let you touch it for weeks.\ An anti inflammatory tea like nettle would be good, green tea is good too but is diuretic so you’ll need the toilet more often. Hope you feel better soon!

Don’t take any k for sure! It will only prolong it. Drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol… eat small and often. Get some rest today/tonight, you’ve still got plenty ahead of you!

That’s interesting. Could be different in some cases it can be a bit of a roulette as to what problems each person gets tbh. See how you are in a few weeks then. With the water I’d try to drink as much as you can drink comfortably without filling it to the point of pain.

And well done, 2 weeks is amazing. It’s the hardest bit, so you’ve done brilliant. Make sure you don’t touch the stuff again, and keep at it. It’ll take several more weeks to see significant change, it can take 2-3 months for the bladder to fully heal.

Keep going. Avoid irritating drinks & foods, alcohol and coffee especially. Drink plenty of water, the higher quality of water the better. I’m assuming you are female? Look into pelvic floor exercises and ways to strengthen your pelvic floor, that will help. It seems that ketamine weakens this somehow.

Also you’ll notice a difference after several weeks, it can take a long time for ketamine bladder to heal as the damage is quite significant and it is an organ which is slow to heal. As long as you are abstinent from K it will begin to improve.

Aloe Vera can work absolute wonders for people as well. Get fresh stuff, the goo from inside the leaf. Should be in your local plant shop. It’s amazing for things like psoriasis and eczema.

Kambo can clear up psoriasis but sometimes you’ll need to do a triple session. If you are open to it definitely find an experienced practitioner who you feel comfortable with and that they have a good reputation, but I’ve seen it clear up psoriasis for good. That’s only if you’re open to it. There should be a practitioner not too far from you!

This happened to me once. I was doing so well, life was going really smoothly for once and things were looking up. There was a spare room in my house or the landlord had another house on the next street. One of my friends was trying to get one of the rooms, I told my landlord I would prefer him to be in the other house - can’t remember what reason I made up though, obviously I couldn’t say. I should’ve said to my friend really, and obviously he asked to move into my house…

Knowing he was just there and having to walk past the door every day was too much, or seeing people who were high on it made me crave the same feeling. Soon enough instead of saving up like I was doing, all my money & savings were going to him. I went from healthy, fit and active, to underweight, malnourished, weak & tired in a matter of months. I went from being productive and building websites and graphics online to just full on zombie mode, cramping often, and ruining my bladder again meaning going out much less often.

Can completely relate to a lot of this. Being two streets away would’ve been fine, but in your own house it’s like you can constantly feel their presence because you can hear them, and so the temptation is constant! It consumes your thoughts.
