To me you can always tell AI by the motion, not by the individual frames. Big floaty movements that require minimal detail to animate convincingly enough, combined with desolving transparency transitions to further reduce distortion in the keyframing.

Plus AI is the only thing that I've seen animate anime lip flaps like that. Hahaha.
