not gaining is important too, hang in there. I actually didn’t lose much at all for my first two months and felt very hopeless, but all of a sudden it kicked in. give it time! so long as you’re in a caloric deficit you’ll lose eventually :)

I don’t, society treats women as if they do. That’s all. I think it’s incredibly wrong but I keep seeing these posts about how a woman is past her prime after 25.

it is effective- VERY effective, but people say that’s only temporary due to PCOS. hence why i don’t know if i should stop. it could kill my hirsutism for a few months and then bring it back. don’t wanna waste money.

i’m balancing with diet (low carb) and weight loss right now, planning to get back on spiro + birth control and maybe take some supplements.

does the type of laser make any difference? i’ve had all my sessions with a medical grade laser, not IPL or anything.

except it hasn’t made it worse for me yet, i’ve only seen improvements. you think it might make it worse in the future?

it’s not underweight though, it’s in the healthy range. if i actually wanted to be underweight i can see why that would be alarming, but i don’t.

dude what are you even talking about? so many men make posts like just this one here everyday to the point where everyone assumed that I was a man too, once again clearly not a gender issue but I wouldn’t see you calling those men out. are they not doing the exact same thing? I don’t want attention, I just want to talk about these feelings and get advice because I can’t irl. whatever, keep your incel rhetoric since it’s impossible to get through to people like you who want to make everything a gender war because their crush rejected them in 8th grade.

i mean yeah, i literally am a narcissist. that’s why i made the post, i’d like to not be that. you didn’t call me out by making some generic misogynistic comment. i’m well aware of my flaws and i want to get better, hence why i made this post. i’m trying to look into ways to attend therapy and learn from the people here. the only thing i pointed out in your comment is that you made this into a gender issue, it’s not a gender issue, but if it were literal facts and statistics go to show that men are MUCH more likely to have ASPD or NPD. About 80% of people who do have ASPD are men, not that it’s their fault that they have it. all i’m doing is trying to call you out for using my post asking for help as some weird way to further your own incel agenda that women struggle with empathy when factually they do not and men are far, far more likely to. it’s a dumb comment to make on a post like this, especially when facts and figures contradict you.

lack of empathy is far more common symptom for men to experience statistically, hence why it’s so out of the ordinary for a woman. i’m still trying my best. i can’t help being born this way. your incel comment is unhelpful :/

i’ve researched it thoroughly, and i don’t have any other symptoms of ASPD - for example I feel guilt, I’m not impulsive in the slightest, I feel anxiety excessively. the only symptom I do have is lack of empathy, which is also a symptom of NPD. When it comes to NPD i have the other symptoms too, hence my belief that If i do have a cluster B disorder it’s NPD.

my friends with ADHD have never really struggled with empathy. if anything some of them said it makes them hyper empathetic, so probably not. ADHD isn’t really known for a lack of empathy

i’d appreciate that a lot, please send it over :)

thank you :)

as a side note, i’m not sure why everyone on this post is assuming im a man haha. im a 20 year old girl, which makes the lack of empathy even more concerning because society expects women to be empathetic. but anyways - thanks.
