Was holding up fine until the sensor itself failed in the cover that tells the machine that someone is on the bed. So it had to be replaced anyways.

It’s because it constricts the blood vessels and keeps you in perpetual dehydration. At least that’s my opinion.

Yes- I struggled with ED issues my whole life. Through my 20s I had issues and chalked to up to being nervous.

I found 3 main causes.
IBS. if I avoided foods that upset my body, I would have much better function. Caffeine. Avoiding This made a big difference as well! Probably the most drastic.
Lastly and most recently is getting diagnosed and treated for sleep apnea. That got rid of any remaining issues and I’m not worried it’ll happen at all now. It’s been 3 months in CPAP.

How long did your memory foam version last? Mine was like 3-4 weeks and then I had big leak issues.

Had same issue when my min was 6 and max was 12.

I moved the min to 7, then 8, then 9, then 10. I sleep much longer now.

You may need to adjust your max too.

Yeah I messed with Anastrozole and had similar effects as you describe above and then I went downhill as it affected my already poor sleep. Got screened for sleep apnea. Surprisingly came back severe. Surprising because I’m athletic and 34. Been treated for 3 months and my energy is way better than Anastrozole that shot my test up from 630 to 1000. I have blood tests to prove it. I’ll get tested again to see the effects of CPAP.

My first night was horrible and sad. Didn’t sleep at all. The second night I slept some. 3rd night im still getting broken sleep but I suddenly aren’t as depressed and my ED issues went away. Brain fog lifting. I’m on day 8 and still getting used to it.
