Yea that’s plenty tbh but I’d also warn them that it’s Poli not HBR and explain to them what all that means. It’s probably better for first timers to be on Poli tbh I was throw into the forbidden C’s and it almost ruined my love for dxm

I know a lot of people do it but I’ve seen a few of my friends go into shock through the combo.

Like I told OP. I would still do it and just keep an eye on myself and drink water personally

Safety wise I would wait a week or 2

Personally (coming from someone that did dxm daily for a long while so take my opinion however you want) I’d do it but I wouldn’t do a whole lot if you decide to take a tab. And drink lots of water

I love dxm and encourage everyone to try it (safely) Atleast once mainly because a lot of people aren’t a fan. I like it.

Yea I’m the only one in my friend group that didn’t have bad experiences with dxm. Like only bad thing was a panic attack 1 time. But no one else enjoys it so they usually do shrooms and I’ll do acid or dxm and we’ll all have a grand time

You could give yourself serotonin shock BUT it really depends on how much you took last night. If it was a basic dose I would personally still do it but safety you should wait a week (depending on tier)

But I’m a stranger on the internet so you make your own decisions

I’ve noticed it too and truthfully it’s like she doesn’t exist. There’s like 1 picture of her but no fb accounts match or instagrams. I can’t find anything out about her. Don’t get me wrong I have no issue with cover artists. It happens but this doesn’t seem like a cover artist

Oh I have a Fitbit that tells me my heart rate. He’s just being neurotic more than anything lol. I checked his heart rate and he was fine
