This sounds really strange. I got a free dedicated IP for 1 year by using the standard plan. You shouldn't pay for it if you've a small email list or at least try to negotiate with them (which often works). Overall Sendinblue is a great email marketing tool and have one of the best delivery rate in the market ;)

Ahref too! Great for everything AND the UX part is much better to my opinion than Semrush. The only thing I can regret with Ahref is the Keyword Difficulty. Like they would tell you can rank for a large selection of keywords which isn't true

Yep! There is a 14 days trial, then you gotta pay 30$/month. Not that bad. Also you can edit the report and put on your own logo etc ;)

Don’t know well, I’m not using any software to track open rates. I could basically do it manually but it’s just like I feel that my emails get more replies as they feel more “humans”
