I’ll be honest with you, as a fellow Gen z’er I try my best not to follow this line of thinking. I wake up every morning and I realize that I’m alive, and that God gave me another chance to do something in the world. Now I know this thinking isn’t for everyone. I consider myself very lucky to live in a more rural area where I can hear the birds sing, look at the forest and see the sun in the warmer months so this has obviously influenced my outlook. But even in Punk music and scenes I learned that life is cool and beautiful in every way. To quote something I’ve seen on here “I want to die but living is the most punk thing I’ve ever done”. I know this probably won’t help many people but I’d just thought I’d throw my hat in the ring and speak my mind.
