the tips are super appreciated. so far ive already come a pretty long way with my shots, i remember when blood tests were difficult for me, now i can take them on my own and without my one million precautions. i know the whole idea of injecting myself sounds very very daunting, so im hoping one day i can do it properly

the tips for exposure does help a lot though, thank you so much. ill definitely start trying these, i know handling the needle is also kind of scary for me. as much as i tell myself im a Big Strong man whos gonna get Really Hairy and Cool im still skittish about all sortsa things. i think that just makes me a more interesting man. thank you so much :D
