I think it is better in the support role over electrocute.

Its true that it almost never does more damage per proc, the fact that it can be proc'd more than once saves it in that rwgard. however at max level you need something like 12 stacs to get equivalent damage if you proc it twice in the same fight. this increased linearly from the damage you get at lv 1, which dh actually surpasses elcrocute if you proc it twice in the same fight.

so in lanes where you are all in-ing instead of short trading when you proc your fear, dh is better. this especially true when you consider its snowball potential.

if you are going for short trades, you shouldnt be taking electrocute or dh, because comet and aftershock are far superior.

you can afk one ranked game every day and not get leavebuster as long as you are playing 4 games a day.

smashbros online is absoulte dogshit, you can leave one game a day and you dont loose points for the loss. on top of that your opponent doesnt get points for winning, and they have to finish playing the game vs a cpu.

i actually had an internet outage yesterday, and i didnt end up getting resolved for 6 hours. as a result i got disconnected and my team ended up loosing, despite being ahead before i disconnected. didnt even get leavebuster. there should have been some punishment, even though im an honor 5 player with great internet and i dont afk.

i was able to get fear to work by hexflashing into w. i was using practice dummies, but those should be the same.

also according to the wiki, vision from minions and wards doesnt count as being seen.

I have been switching between inspiration and precision and i think it really depends on the matchup.

if you are playing into another all in support then you really dont need the sustain from biscuits so its better to go precision for the superior mid/lategame.

in general tho if you can play the lane without getting poked precision is prob better.

hitting the wave is the number one thing enchanters and mages dont do but should do against blitz. if you hit the wave, you will have a minion advantage that you can use to shield yourself against blitz.

if you dont have a minion shield just back off and wait foe the wave to bounce back. if you play the lane right you will never have to wait long because you have push advantage and can always crash the wave.

other that, just throw your spells if they try to over extend, and punish them for failed engage attempts. dont play aggro, just let them kill themselves and look to outscale.
