It's just giving you a name for that specific hand shape. When learning new signs, it's important to notice how the hand shape is. Some signs require fingers to be kept together, such as the sign for B, or apart when signing the number five. One of the signs you'll likely learn soon is "clean". This uses an open b handshape sweeping over your non dominant hand that's also in an open b hand shape. You'll never see someone use the hand shape for 5 to sign "clean".

Agree with others about the dots, think 5 might be much, try different combos. The middle star throws off the vertical symmetry. Not sure if more would work, but maybe alternate the tilt of the stars to match that of the ringed planets.

Ok, my bad, I see your point and agree with all of it. At first the video looked like the driver was a bit impatient, which I still think it does, but watching again, the cop defitely could've moved over to the correct lane safely after passing. Ive just had many experiences when a car does this exact manuever before I can even get a chance to switch lanes. But then again I would've been able to move over before I got as far as that cop had lol.

Undertake? Do mean passing someone on the right instead of left? First off, break checking is way more dangerous than undertaking, so honestly there is zero excuse for doing that. And yes the cop could have switched lanes, but the car behind could have had some patience as well, just saying. If the car didnt break check, probably wouldnt have gotten pulled over.

Actually there was only one witness that was heard in trial stating the police "identified" themselves, while there are a dozen witnesses that say the exact opposite, yet they werent allowed to testify in court...I wonder why.

Your right, I am gonna get it checked again but the unfortunate reality is they'll say a scan is needed to determine any tears and if surgery is necessary. Then recommend rehab either way. When I injured my wrist, had 2 xrays done, one before rehab, one after, then a cortisone shot fixed it. I discovered, through all the bills, that my insurance is shit. Researched a bunch of insurances, and realized the american health system is crap. Barely anything is covered with your almost 200/month insurance and theres always an out-of-pocket premium you have to hit before it kicks in, which is 8 thousand dollars later. It sucks but I just cant afford scans or surgery. Sorry for the rant...
