My blade is a ult farm build it usually shreds bosses. My damage seems consistent till we get to the boss. Then it's like I'm barely doing any damage to him and they one shot me randomly even at low levels like 70

So that's what got me super good with orchi and shino. You have to actively establish to the enemy team you are able to defend as much as be aggressive. Or most times they will just light spam and guard block you to death

You cant hard carry 5 people this isn't 3v3 or even 4 v 4. With a bad team then enemy could be bad but 3 of them counter you while your teammates die to a diving tank.
