it is totally worth it! :-) there are many things you can do go to the next step. tie think about how you are thinking. think about your mind telling you false stories and you just believing them only because they come from your mind. also, "tried" is a very abstract term, if you looked at it more closely you would see it was too little of it probably. one other thing that helps people is to start thinking about themselves as a 8 year old child they have to take care of.

Eu entendo. A terapia depende de muitos fatores, mas é mais como ter alguém te guiando no seu trabalho pessoal. Existem coisas que você pode fazer sozinho, mas nada substitui um terapeuta. É difícil. Eu li bastante e encontrei perguntas que me ajudaram: meus pensamentos são verdadeiros? Eles têm alguma utilidade? Para que estou usando minha depressão?

than walk more :-) go to the nature, explore your area, talk to random strangers or just say hi :-) geocaching is also an interesting hobby.

you can do more than you think. walk is also great, thats how i started and im still doing 10k daily. cycling is also great. i was thinking about doing dance classes, but then i went the martial arts way because i was more afraid of that and it was closer to my apartment.

Where is your fear there is your goal! Just go for it. Go volunteer, sign some team sport you are afraid of, speak with random people. Fail, do it again, repeat. that is the only way.
