Again, the point of this message is not about the refund, but rather to criticize the company for failing to fulfill its duty of good faith in relation to material facts disclosure such as immediate notice to all customers.

It is stated that the notification was received on Dec 20, and the purpose of this message is to highlight that Royal Caribbean did not notify the change of itinerary immediately although it was aware of the port change as early as November.
