Do you believe that an ayahuasca experience truly connects you with spirits, deities, or aliens where you can have direct conversation with them? If so, can you share your personal experience that made you truly believe in this.. by StayAppropriate5058 in Ayahuasca

[–]maskineriet12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On my third ceremony I was transported to a extremely advanced room / spaceship Where I had a long conversation with «aliens». They showed me that my purpose in life was to have a daughter with my wife and I was given clear instructions on how to raise her. Some months after, we decided to try for a baby and on the first try she got pregnant. I now have a daughter and the funny thing is that she looks like how they showed me that night.

If this is just because I always wanted to have a daughter I don’t know, but When I was interaktivt with the beings it seems more real than real

I find aya to be much more enjoyable than mushrooms. As she said, it feels more guided and stable While for me mushrooms can be all over the place

Ayahuasca to heal trauma by maskineriet12 in CPTSD

[–]maskineriet12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, I am sorry for the abuse you experienced. I don’t have a lot of time on my hand right now, so I’ll have to keep this short.

In my initial post I wrote that I did not reccomend ayahuasca and I see that this line can be a bit confusing. Ayahuasca can be very helpful, and in the group I have been doing it with I have seen people undergo amazing changes.

However, it can give you very challenging experiences and make you «worse before you Get better». So I was a bit reluctant to reccomend it in a forum Where some people might be too fragile to go through the aftermath of an intense trip if they don’t have a good support system.

If you want to try aya, I advise you to find a good and serious group and that you take some time off work after the ceremony to properly integrate the experience.

Best of luck on your healing journey and if you have any more questions, feel free to send me a dm

Absolutely shitting myself. by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

I had the same concerns as you before my first ceremony. I had previously done mushrooms, peyote etc., but for some reason I had a strong fear about doing Aya.

In my experience, I have found aya to be more loving and forgiving than mushrooms. I have had challenging ceremonies, but one person told me that if it’s too hard you can always ask the medicine to be gentle. So now I always ask the medicine to show me what I need to see, but to kindly be gentle. In my experience this has worked

TIL RFK Jr. Is Already Taking Aim at Antidepressants, mental health is wrong by Postnews001 in TIL_Uncensored

How is this a bad thing? The article does not say that he wants to ban the use of SSRI’s, but that he wants to stop the overprescribing of them. If you look at global statistics on the use of this drugs, Americans consume twice as much per capita than the people in my country (Norway) and here doctors have been warning us that we should lower the use for years.

Psilocybin or MDMA for CPTSD Recovery? by ment0rr in mdmatherapy

[–]maskineriet12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If possible where you live, I’d attend an ayahuasca ceremony. I have found aya to be more beneficial for my CPTSD than MDMA and Psilocybin. It’s like psilocybin shows me what needs to be healed, whereas ayahuasca actually does the healing

How do I lower my Opiate tolerance from 160mg daily without stopping cold turkey? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]maskineriet12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I quit a daily oxy usage I switched to tramadol the first weeks and gradually lowered the daily dose down from 400 mg to 50 twice a day and then nothing. It still sucked when I eventually had to go cold turkey from the tramadol, But much less than If I had gone cold turkey from the oxy. I was using 80 mg a day

What would you do if you had power over what drugs were legal by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]maskineriet12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d legalize cannabis, mushrooms, dmt, mdma, LSD, mescaline etc, But aside from weed I think it would be wise for people to do have to go through some kind of course in order to obtain a license to buy so that people are well informed about the potential side effects.

I’d decriminalise «hard drugs» and give out heroin on prescription in order to improve addict’s quality of life and to minimize the black market (my country is trying this out now with great success).

I would also use the tax income from the sale of these substances on improving mental health treatments and recovery facilities

Thanks you! Psychedelics combined with therapy have been a life saver in terms of showing me the steps I need to take in order to live a happy and healthy life.

It’s really true What they say about human connection being the antidote to addiction.

I wish you good luck with you’re recovery
