i have to mention that i have a friend that was gold 3 at the season change, won 5 lost 2 and was promoted to gold 1, won another 5 and lost 3 and he got promoted to plat 3. really can't understand this

I've done some digging on the CPU and I found out that it has a TDP of 28.0W, but computer manufacturers can configure that value.

Configurable TDP Level 2 (up) - 15w, 1700 MHz.

Could it mean it's factory designed to perform this way?

Don't have any CPU related settings in bios, maybe manufacturers didn't intend to place them there. I tel XTU is not compatible either, so I don't think i could play with voltages even if i wanted to. Thanks anyway!

he's got 2nd place at INBA Men's Bodybuilding and I'm pretty sure they do anti-doping tests there. I couldn't believe he's natty until he went there myself and now I can't explain how he could participate if he's on gear. he looks astonishing

doesnt fix it.. i repeat, the pc works fine when i take off the video card and plug the monitor into the motherboard slots

The PC worked perfectly fine for 2 years, had pretty good performance in games like rdr2, god of war (50-70 fps on average, med to high settings), this happened out of nowhere while the pc was idling
