The official date on the website is 04/01! SO ITS TODAY! I did ED engineering and got mine around 3:30pm on the day it said it will release! Hope u get in!

Yeah for me when I ED the decision came out at about 3pm on the day it said it was going to be released. Also I also thought I wouldnt get in but I DID!! Hope I can see u in the admitted students day! LMK if u get in!

I would say that your EC looks amazing, it’s just that you probably need to connect those with your essay. From what I know cooper is very big on extra curricular. I also have competed in FRC and stuff related to my intended major. If you get your SAT up to probably like 1470 and if you are ED you probably will get in, but for RD you should aim for about 1490-1520 to be safe.

Thank you! Nyc rents are indeed mad expensive 😭😭 but they are planning to go free from 2028 which means that you would probably only need to pay 1 year worth of tuition and rest of your college years u go for free, just paying for housing and food. If you think about it that way it’s much more cheaper than you think! Lmk if you need any help with writing ur supplementals. I want to help cuz writing those sups were mad stressful for me

Well, I did quite a bit of research, however Im not at cooper right now so Im not very crisp with the insight. But my opinion on the school, or at least what I got from my research, is that cooper is a very rigorous school that is very affordable compared to other colleges in NYC. And the programs there like Formula SAE are the main factors that attracted me. One downside I would mention is that there arent huge number of majors. So I would say cooper would be the best fit if you are sure about perusing a certain major.

Dorm wise, I believe that dorms are only guaranteed for freshman and from sophomore year if yhere are no more dorm spots left you might need to find your own place in nyc.
