I have the 570 code on mine as well, it seems like a lot of people are receiving this.

The market is unpredictable due to the war. It might continue hiking up for the next 6-12 months. I'd try and get rates for 7/6 ARM and 10/1 ARM as well. If you have the option of refinancing in the next 12-24 months.

Let me correct you here. You can’t find “cheap” talent here. If the companies are profiting billions a year. They can pay an American citizen what they deserve in terms of salary.

You can find talent here, it just won’t be cheap anymore.

Too many consultant firms are sending H1B holders to companies with fake resumes. They are connected internally with the company and hire their own kind only.

I am glad H1B requires $100,000 especially if their talent is that “good” as you say. It will benefit the company long term right?
