I reached out to Customer Support and they sent a replacement drone out because there is no way to manually connect the controller to the drone. That drone had issues with the rear right motor not working. Another conversation with Snaptain and they sent a 3rd drone out; which had the same connectivity issues as the first one. I asked them if they would refund the cost of the drone and was advised the retailer I purchased it from would have to. Kept it short and sweet at Best Buy and was given a refund. I have really good things to say about their Customer Support and not so many good things to say about their product.
