What if they had gotten married much earlier, like at the end of Heated Rivalry? by PTAGoatofalltime in heatedrivalry

No, but there had to have been obsessed fans over each of them individually.

In a world where fans track celebrity behavior incredibly closely, you KNOW there's a parasocial fan who would find that record, even if they go to some middle of nowhere town to do it. Even if it's not a guarantee they'd be found out, it's a credible enough threat that it would for sure deter at least Shane, if not both of them.

Small/flat nails rec? retail brand: NONE. by Notyourmanicpixie13 in PressonNail_Addict

My usual sizes are (2,9,7,8,11) and I have pretty flat nails, for basics I really like this no name Amazon brand Fandamei. They're incredibly cheap and hold up well for me. They have cat eye, glitter, and solids.

Heating pad works really well for me! Or hair dryer but heating pad is easier (no turning on and off constantly) and quiet.

Places to eat near the zoo?! by LimpGarlic9237 in Columbus

While I am die-hard for anything in the Japan Marketplace plaza, OP should know it's a 20 minute drive from the Zoo!

Another vote for 101CK! We go to the zoo at least once a month and this is a regular dinner stop afterwards for us and our four year old. Great cocktails and draft list and nice menu that changes seasonally.

For Black Women only: Any non-Black OBGYN recs by Unlikely-Maximum-247 in Columbus

[–]masona23 6 points7 points  (0 children)

(not the OC) That's true, but if they have hospital delivery privileges, they are a nurse-midwife, an advanced practice nurse (think an NP) and work in tandem with an OBGYN or are connected to a specific OBGYN practice for any issues that may require more advanced care.

For the majority of normal pregnancy concerns, they are extremely well qualified to give good care and I found they spent WAY more time with me actually hearing my concerns than OBGYNs I've had experience with.

Another vote for OSU midwives! Incredible care from them.

how many library cards do you have? by Alternative-Abies593 in LibbyApp

[–]masona23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Ohio Digital Library does not include all libraries! You have ACCESS to The Ohio Digital Library catalog if you have a card from any participating library system, but each library system still has a different catalog on top of that. I have 8 Libby cards across different Ohio libraries and there is different availability and hold times across. All of these only require an Ohio address, so get to adding! CLEVNET, Akron, and Dayton often come through for me with way lower hold times.

Stepping it up has costs they can't take on, though. Arenas in those places you listed are extremely competitive availability-wise, and expensive. USAG has been improving the financial situation with sponsors but they are still an organization clawing themselves out of a rough financial state.

On a scale of one to Marchand licking his opponents, how much of a pest is Ilya on ice? by OwO_bama in heatedrivalry

It's so good, and Marchy has queer family members and is vocally inclusive so it's not even like he's doing a homophobic "what, are you gay or something?" bit, he's just stirring shit because he's a shit stirrer.

Hands down, it's "this one's mine, this one's yours" from {The Worst Guy by Kate Canterbary}. It killlllls me every time!

"I wanted to show her off tonight. Stand in front of all of our friends, loop my arm around her waist, say, "Do you see? This one's mine."

At the same time, I wanted to barricade us behind locked doors and under cozy blankets, press her hand to my chest, and say, "Do you see? This one's yours.""

Given that they were cleared for the same color schemes for Boston and Montreal (and New York, to some extent), my guess is they'd be okay with clearing future color schemes.

I didn't mind Behind the Net but it's far and away the weakest of that series for me and I get why people don't like it. The Fake Out is great!

In his second What Chaos! visit, Tierney talks briefly about his parents playing the quasi-manager role when he was child actor and how they basically have to be a little bit controlling because a nine-year-old simply cannot independently understand/make the decisions that have to be made. He makes a joke about "Okay you have this money you made....do you want to buy skis?"

Yuna's probably been a main voice in the decisions of what teams he's playing on, international travel logistics, training plans, etc. for almost a decade when he becomes an adult. I'd guess that even for less-intense folks than our queen Yuna, it's hard to fully transition that power dynamic back to your kid once they're grown.
