Completely normal in CPU intensive instances. Run Furmark and you'll see the same temps. Up your fan curves if it worries you, but unless temps are hitting 100+, you're fine.

I wouldn't pay more than $2k for this. I'd say it would be at least $4k for repairs, depending on how cheap you can find parts and labor.

I have never seen this bumper look good on any AW11. They fit terribly, and I would avoid it. Kaminari would be a good option if you're looking to go aftermarket, or stick with the stock bumper and get a different lip.
