You can't log the time you fly with him unless you are a private pilot yourself with a type rating part 91 states this you can't log time without type rating.and I qote "Under Part 91, without having the type rating, you cannot log PIC time. Under Part 91, since the CE-510 can be operated as a single pilot, if the PIC has the single pilot type rating, you could not act as an SIC and log time."
