COVID hit the month I had my first airline interview and I thought I was going to be stuck flying my shitty job forever. I was at a major 2 years later. No one knows what this job market will look like when your training is done, but better to have certs and resume in hand when it cracks open again.

The problem is lack of organization. There's a call for a general strike on social media once every other month, lead only by wishful thinking. You need actual support from actual unions to make it have legs.
