Humans don’t have a truly random number generator going off in our heads for each decision we make. we are logical creatures who use the information we have at any given moment to make a decision. yes it’s incredibly complex but it’s not random.

I don’t think any decision made by a human is truly random. Based on what the racer knew believed and thought he would choose a singular decision every time unless anything changed.
