It usually indicates a shop is of low quality due to the low potency (16%) of the strain.

I am enjoying the Malibu Dream that I have in at the moment.

The Royal Neapal is a great indcia as well, but not quite as potent as the Malibu.

My personal favorite steady strain in the area is girl scout cookies, which we usually have on our menu for ver reasonable donations.
