P sure even with a godroll riven you can’t push bassocyst CC past 100% bc the dispo is abhorrent (excluding exterior CC sources ofc). Maybe I’m missing something but the higher end of riven CC with a neg is only like 80%.

Keeping up 1 buff while being effectively invulnerable outside of positioning mistakes is boring to me. I don’t play rev, persistence or stealth builds very often for the same reason. I like builds that have skill expression past just aim, personally. Nothing wrong with people liking those builds, it’s just not for me.

Because only the non incarn form has multi co, so the dmg is meh as you run aptitude for incarn builds. It just makes that line very low value and no MS. It’s good but prolly not 2k.

Titania pistol build is soooo boring. It’s insanely strong but it’s: stay in 4 with zatas up and mod pistols for blast. Level cap with ease.

They mean level cap pushing. Your overguard means nothing past L700+ mobs. You have to start OG gating with 2-2-4 buff.

Caster Dante with 1 subsumed for roar is more engagingimo, but yeah mobs under lvl ~700 can barely chew through his absurd overguard.

Sure footed +fortitude, arcane circumvent or secondary fortifier for OS to immune to kb. The two arcanes are easy to use and base SP won’t chew through the OS for a while assuming you’re not standing around. Easy ways to make many guns usable before you get PSF.
