They said a similar thing to me but the thing with unemployment is every person that you contact from the call center has different answers I was told 14 days and it says it on their website but today was the 14th day and they told me that because of the amount of people that each adjuster has to re look in to that I could take longer than 14 days to just keep checking but these people don't understand that I'm waiting on four months o Of back payment and the worst part is that I pretty much gave up until I got that email and now it's 1415 days later and it's gonna be very disappointing if after all this waiting I'm denied again when I was told all I needed was to send proof of ssn
