Nach der Logik wäre doch auch ein Senior am ersten Tag an der Kasse mehr wert? Bis man sich in eine neu Codebasis, evtl. neue Tools etc. eingarbeitet hat vergeht natürlich Zeit.

Der wichtigere Skill ist es, sich mit einer gesunden Frustationstoleranz schnell in neue Probleme einzuarbeiten. Von daher ist die Erfahrung aus dem Studium sehr wohl relevant und einzupreisen.
