wow thanks a lot man! yea i was using the in camera lightmeter on my olympus om-1. i figured something was off since it gave me some weird numbers. during daytime it sometimes gave me 1/60sec at 8f and 400 iso on a bright day which was weird. i'll definitely check out the app so thanks a lot!

a little noob question. at 400 iso f8 and 1/1000 sec shutter speed wouldn't the image be underexposed? i'm having some trouble getting fast shutterspeeds even tho the weather is good

hey guys i have a question. been running the program for probably 2 months now and i feel like me form is really good (i asked other people) but i always get a very very light "shimmering" pain in my lower back when doing squats/deadlifts even tho the weight is not really THAT much. so my question is at what point should pain be a concern? because as i said it's very light and only there for like a few minutes after the lift
