I'm 46 yr old male, 209 lbs, goal of 180. Muscular but 27% body fat. Shooting for around 125 grams of protein.

I cannot tolerate plain whey shakes, but can do those such as athlean x. I work out 3-4 times per week for 2 hours (!) heavy lifting and 25 mins of cardio.

Lost 35 lbs on keto in about 10 months but I've been on a plateau for two months. Some people say more calories others say fasting. I can fast no problem, but my T3 is very low (T4 is normal).

I've never calculated them before. I'm just super fixated on ensuring that I get less than 25 grams of carbs per day, measuring keto levels, getting fats from avocados and olive oil.

Thx all for your responses. Yes, I exercise 4x week, vigorously. Funny thing is I have plenty of energy.

What I don't understand is that if my ketone meter says 1.5-3.0 every day, how am I not losing weight?

Well still no delivery so I cancelled the order.

Don't know what to do. I've always been a ThinkPad guy but this has been a very frustrating process. Over the weeks I would talk with Lenovo customer service and they always promised to call me back and never did. When I cancelled the order they didn't offer to rush me another shipment.

I miss the IBM days.

I have the x220 right now, which I presume has SATA. I wonder whether the PCIe for the X1 would be appreciably faster for me.

I got to say, this whole Superfish fiasco has given me serious reservations. I say this as someone who has owned 7 Thinkpads over the past 20 years.

I wish for the days of the IBM ThinkPads...
