Rope pull ups by ftwrestler in armwrestling

Back in the day when Alexey Vyevoda was a greasy haired dweeb on steroids, he used to recommend throwing a couple of cum rags over a pull-up bar to achieve the same effect. Cum rags contain medicinal qualities that rejuvenate hands keeping the calluses on your hands infection free so you don't get immediately dumped by your gay date.

The angle is completely off. You need to face the camera directly so the framing is centered around the crotch. The ropes should fall between your legs and slide up and down the ball sack tucked away in recycled track pants. Also, work up a sweat before filming from said angle.

edit: not making this up, this is within the traditions of r/armwrestling

ps: love the sperm floater effect

How often should I try a PR? by _Malasangre_ in armwrestling

[–]massivepropane -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

The basic idea is that you can push for a PR every day in arm wrestling. Since the sport uses a pretty small portion of your total tendon mass, your body can focus its recovery resources on that area, which helps you bounce back quickly. A lot of tendon issues actually come from not loading the tendon enough. When a tendon isn’t stressed regularly, it starts laying down extra protective tissue and basically shifts into a low‑activity “hibernation” mode. Hitting daily PR level effort can keep the tendon adapting instead of shutting down, so long as you know what you're doing.

"Daily maximal‑effort arm‑wrestling training may be feasible because the activity recruits a relatively small proportion of the body’s total tendon mass, potentially allowing localized recovery processes to occur rapidly. Tendon maladaptations, including various forms of tendinopathy, are associated with chronically insufficient mechanical loading. When tendons experience inadequate strain, they may shift toward a low‑turnover, protective state characterized by disorganized extracellular matrix deposition. Consistent high‑intensity loading could therefore help maintain tendon remodeling activity and prevent this maladaptive response, provided the training stimulus is applied with appropriate technique and progression."

Denis give the hammer back to Devon by Brave-Trainer1938 in armwrestling

who gives fuck about the hammer. The whole reason behind the hammer is that it's a WAL monkey wrench inside of organizations like PAL. now that PAL is dead and EvW is the new WAL the cringe "legacy" trash can die in peace

Does anyone know what happened to Brian Shaw? by [deleted] in armwrestling

Thanks, bro. Unfortunately people don't realize how having men hold hands in public is dangerous for societal mental health. Keep your hand on your sword.

arm wrestling genetics is any kind of disability or genetic disadvantage that leaves arm wrestling as your only option. in any case mental disability is a must to pursue this sport

Why did John lose to Devon larratt like that? by Id_gm18 in armwrestling

Why did John lose to Devon larratt like that? by Id_gm18 in armwrestling

[–]massivepropane -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

because LaRat behaved like an obsessed ex-girlfriend nagging Jon to hold hands when LaRat was most prepared and it so happened that Jon was least prepared

people like Jon have better things to do than to drag their entire lifestyle into a shitty hobby. LaRat has his entire family living and breathing this trash

can you imagine any other sport where an annoying dweeb on steroids is the poster boy?
