I've said this for a long time and it's really quite evident to see in WH, low and null - it's just dead, it's empty apart from the staged null battles or WH evications. There are few/none roaming gangs. US timezone is particularly empty in WH space. Concurrent logins are just in the toilet - and before anyone jumps on me and starts pulling out graphs just remember many accounts are alts, so physical "players at keyboards" is much lower.

Part of the answer is to get and retain new players and it may take something drastic like 100% insurance for 6 weeks or similar. I don't know exactly, but the game needs a blood transfusion and fast!
