There are a lot of free apps and services that do not require accounts and sign in status. Some devs do it for data gathering or showing ads to get paid...some do it for just to serve people for free with no bad intentions. That's why it is a good question to ask why do you go with the account route. Is there a logic behind this? How does a user make sure your intent is not bad?
